Editorial meta and Community Trends
Fieldkit editors define Meta Weapons and Meta Loadouts using researched guides and catalog data. The separate Community Trends section shows player builds, ratings and weapon popularity by distinct authors. Votes never change the editorial selection automatically.
Our four-step weapon comparison
- Define the job: short routes with the squad, open sightlines or a support task.
- Read purchase cost and available technical data on the weapon page. Missing values do not mean zero.
- Compare complete kits: ammunition, magazines, protection and attachments all cost money. Consider unlock costs separately.
- Try two variants under similar conditions. Record handling, ammunition consumption and whether extras actually helped.
Read ratings alongside the sample size
One positive report is a starting point. Also check vote count, publication date and the described use case. Our loadout rankings adjust for small samples and show rating counts. Even many stars do not establish current attachment compatibility.
When changing makes sense
Switch to answer a specific question: do you need different magnification, a cheaper replacement or a weapon you control more easily? Change one thing at a time where possible. This helps distinguish useful equipment changes from simply having a more favorable match.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an official WARDOGS tier list?
No. Our selection is a dated editorial recommendation. Community Trends are separate; we claim neither official rankings nor independently measured TTK.
